Membership
Types of Membership
Fellows
Individuals who participate in litigation and the management thereof (Corporate
Counsel; Risk, Claims and Litigation Mangers; Adjusters and Service Providers etc.).
Fellowships are provided by the Council at no cost to Fellows. As a Fellow, there
are no time requirements or commitments; however only Fellows can nominate preferred
attorneys and law firms for membership in the Council.
Members
Defense attorneys and Firms. Following the nomination of a Fellow, a defense attorney
may select an Individual or Firm Membership. Each nominated attorney must attend
at least one CLM Annual Conference every three years. Membership benefits are fully
outlined here.
- Members must be nominated by a participating Fellow to join the Council on Litigation
Management.
Corporate
Corporations, Insurance Companies, Government Agencies may join as a corporate member.
The CLM Membership committee is currently developing the requirements and benefits
for corporate membership.
