Professional Liability Committee - Employment Practice

The Employment Practice Committee will develop education in all areas of employment practices and litigation. The group will provide strategic information and training on critical issues facing employers in the work place, including personnel, policies and procedures, sensitivity awareness, employee safety and health, leaves of absence, disability issues, retaliation, immigration, affirmative action compliance and employee pay practices.
